Ressourcen Workshop I - Circular Economy Basics (1197)
Description
This training aims to enable participants to understand and adopt the fundamental principles of the circular economy, so that they can apply them within their professional context.
Through an interactive format, participants will gain a clear understanding of the challenges, levers for action, and opportunities associated with the transition from a linear to a circular model.
The objective is to support the integration of these principles into daily professional practices by identifying concrete ways to rethink design, procurement, use, and resource management.
At the end of the training, participants will be able to:- identify the limitations and impacts of the current linear economic model;
- understand the key principles of the circular economy and their potential applications;
- analyse a product, service, or activity from a circularity perspective;
- identify concrete actions to preserve resource value, reduce waste, and minimise environmental impacts;
- initiate reflection and decision-making processes that promote more sustainable and regenerative practices within their organisation.
- Context setting: environmental challenges, pressure on resources, and ecological footprint
- Introduction to the principles of the circular economy, with hands-on familiarisation through a simple example
- Presentation of concrete case studies and a practical exercise based on a situation closely aligned with the participants’ professional reality
The interactive learning format combines essential theoretical input with practical application.
Group work, case studies, and collaborative exercises encourage the exchange of experiences and support the consolidation of key concepts.
Particular emphasis is placed on the co-creation of realistic solutions that can be directly applied within the participants’ professional contexts.
